Everything you need to know about shopping with Counter Ritual Roasts
The shipping origin is shown on every product page. “Ships from the US” means the item is stocked in a US warehouse; it does not mean it was manufactured there. Coffee is different: our roasting partner roasts, packs and ships it to order in the US. Roasted in the US does not mean grown in the US; each coffee lists where its beans are grown when that is known.
We currently deliver to United States addresses only. Shipping is free, with no minimum order.
The current collection has estimated transit windows of 3–8 business days, depending on the warehouse. Allow another 1–4 business days for processing or production before dispatch; each product page shows its own processing time. Review the estimate on your chosen product. Products from different warehouses, or fulfilled separately, require separate checkouts.
Contact us within 30 days of delivery before sending a return. Items must be unused and in original condition. Coffee is food, so opened coffee cannot be returned. You pay change-of-mind return shipping; we cover return shipping for damaged or incorrect goods. See Delivery & Returns for the full policy.
